Throughout May 2024, we actively engaged with talented university students across three different cities and career fairs through our "KPN Goes to Campus" initiative. These events were held at prominent institutions including Bandung Institute of Technology (Bogor) (May 3-4), Gadjah Mada University (Yogyakarta) (May 15-16), and IPB University (Bogor) (May 17-18).

Our primary aim with these events was to strengthen our company’s presence and connect with potential future leaders. Through vibrant booths and engaging activities, we showcased the diverse career opportunities available within KPN Corp's various Business Units. Beyond recruitment, these events served as platforms to foster relationships with students and provide valuable insights into their aspirations and expectations.

To enhance their experience, we organized interactive activities such as our mini Dart Game, offering exclusive merchandise prizes. Furthermore, insightful sessions on KPN Corp's vision and opportunities were conducted on the main stages of each event, led by esteemed speakers.

We are pleased to see the great enthusiasm from these events, which resulted in a significant increase in user visits and page views on our KPN Corp website. Additionally, our @lifeatKPN Instagram account experienced a surge of new followers, showcasing the heightened interest and enthusiasm generated by these engagements.

We received numerous CV submissions across all events and have already identified exceptional candidates through our walk-in interviews. The remaining CVs will undergo meticulous review for potential placement within KPN Corp's diverse business units.
